Liz is driven by her passion for helping leaders become the managers that people want to work for and teams people want to be a part of. After receiving a B.S. and M.Ed from Vanderbilt University, she spent the next 12+ years as a senior leader in nonprofit and government. She led dynamic teams, managed city-wide efforts with the largest school district in the country and directed projects at a national scale. She discovered her knack for cultivating leaders and developing agile, effective teams. Now as a dedicated coach and consultant, she brings years of leadership experience and speciality training as a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Facilitator of the Immunity to Change coaching process out of Harvard University to support each leader and team with which she’s fortunate to partner. She has successfully coached and trained leaders across sectors ranging from those at notable tech companies to New York’s largest nonprofits. As a seasoned coach, group trainer, and retreat facilitator she equips leaders and teams with the mindsets, behaviors, and skills to maximize their potential.
